How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please contact us using one of the methods below:

Please include the following information:
- Full name
- Email address used in the app
- Phone number (if applicable)
What will be deleted
Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete:
- Your account profile
- Order history
- Contact information
Some transaction records may be retained only if required by law.
Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
